3. Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account with others is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity. One person may only operate one account unless approved as a Reseller or Agency tier user.
4. Orders Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed automatically or manually depending on the service. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Make sure your social media profile/link is public and correct before placing an order. Incorrect, private, or changed links during processing will not be eligible for a refund.
